After being down 26 points at the half, Filer came out with their hair on fire in the 2nd half. Filer’s triple option offense pounded the ball down the field led by Joel Perez and Jarrod Coach while Cougar Anderson returned an interception for a touchdown. With less than a minute left in the game and down by 2, the offense went “Boise State” with a half back pass from Juan Hernandez to Cougar Anderson to win the game. The Wildcats take on Homedale next week.
